Exchange Policy

Our Exchange Policy 


Please note that Elle Couture Online and Elle Couture in London Ontario have different policies. Please see store for Shoppe Return and Exchange Policy.
Please read our ONLINE policy below. 

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY:

Within Three (3) Days of receiving your dress
You may EXCHANGE items purchased for full amount less shipping, or
an Elle Couture Store Credit at full value.
Due to the delicate nature of our dresses, Elle Couture Online does not offer Refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINALE.

FOR EXCHANGES:
All items must be returned in their Original Form and with all tags attached.

If Three (3) Business Days have gone by since receipt of your purchase without notice the items will be considered FINALE SALE>

To be eligible for an EXCHANGE, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where EXCHANGE will not be granted:
Obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned shipped more than Three (3) days after delivery.
Tracking number for the return item is not supplied and is not trackable.


SALE DRESSES (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanges and are FINAL SALE.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:
1069 Wellington Rd, London, ON N6E 1W4, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Elle Couture has the right to edit or change the policy without notice.
